Great pics hoss. That's one of the places we'd go if we ever head up that way. Have a buddy who's parents live in Roy.

Well according to google maps it's just over three hours, but I've made it in less. However the drive is really cool if you take Hwy 410. It's closed in November due to snow, but it's good to go for about 5 months outta the year. It takes your right through Rainer National Park. There's not really any 4x trails there, but the scenery is beautiful and it's a straight shot. It takes as long as the interstate because the speed limit drops down to 20 mph in parts of the park.
I drove from Lakewood to Naches every weekend for 4 years when I was stationed at McChord AFB. So when I got out, I just moved right next door to Selah. Now I drive 1/10th of a mile and I'm on state land setup for trails... Much better than urban jeeping.

Just watch for staters as you come around the last corner before the park or coming right out of the park. They like to hide there. Got me 2x...
You should also try Hwy 12 sometime. It's a really cool drive and there's a ski resort at the top. The other way is I-90 and it's alright. Ski resort up there too, but it's an interstate, not like the hwys so it's all more commercial.

Holy crap, that looks like fun. I'm pretty sure I've seen the cherokee with the "shit talkers with lockers" banner on the windshield around Bonney Lake a few times. I sure would love to come along on one of those. I don't think I'd have the nerve to do much climbing around with my new toy, but the for the scenery and watching others cruise around on the trails it sounds like a lot of fun.
