Not Jeep but old HJ cruiser vid

Lived out west for a few years and a buddy of mine bought this old HJ Cruiser troop carrier off a friend. We decided to head out into the desert and shoot some video if it. I edited it together and made this little vid. Nothing great. I just came across it again and thought id share.

Another vid i shot but the dude driving edited this one. Hope im not outta line posting this on a jeep forum but ive had a few beers and im gettin a little nostalgic. Thought id share given that him and i are jeep enthusiasts and it involves some trail exploring. It just so happens it aint a jeep. And before anyone asks the 4wd took a shit and we were lost out there for 16hrs.

Hahaha. Yeah. It was hideous. But he loved it..... Until the novelty wore off. But it was an interesting machine.

Yup. Two door with barn doors in the back. If im remembering correctly. He wanted it cuz it was different, which it definitly was. He was hell bent on makin it work right. But the minute he fixed one thing, two other things would go. Finally he gave up. Then bought a '72 chevy pickup. Which was sweet. But was extremely efficient at draining the gas tank at an astounding rate.
