4th of July weekend. Friend calls me up and says 'lets head out in the jeep'. When those words come out of his mouth, you can rest assure something interesting is going to happen....... And it did!!
This is his Jeep, not mine and i believe these specs are fairly accurate. If their not i will adjust them:
-1994 jeep wrangler body with modified hood, grill & headlights to look like a CJ.
- Small block chevy 350 was pulled out and replaced with a diesel. Not sure from where.
- Rear axle pulled from an old Scout.
- Front grill homemade drawn up by him and welded by him.
- 5 or 6 inch lift with Super Swamper 35's

Heres the only pics i got but their preety impressive..... At least to me.

Yeah, no kidding. But in his defense, that place is not foreign to us. We're out there quite a bit. Walked thru the same area where he drove. So when he attempted it, it wasnt much of a concern...... Until we couldnt see the nose anymore. Then everyone turned into Nostradamus saying "I knew this wasnt gonna work!!". But we were able to save the beer!

Great pics! Where in PA is this?
Northeast Pa, Luzerne County. A few miles south of White Haven. Like anywhere, the trails are preety tuff to navigate thru if your not familiar with the area. Geographically and terrain wise. Especially after a heavy rain! You gotta know some alternate routes otherwise you'll end up in someones backyard, completely lost or off a cliff! I grew up out there with the ATV's and (thanks to a few of my friends) am consistently finding areas i never knew about or knew where they led. There was some Land Reclamation a few years ago that DESTROYED some preety nice trails and some old "woods party" hot spots. But there are still some really nice areas. Moderately rough, preety narrow but perfect for completely abandoning everything you should be doing and instead going for a drive for a few too many..... hours. Which, in my mind, is Badass!
