Saguaro Lake Arizona

A few of us went off road near Butcher Jones rec area and the lake. Then crossed over the hwy and into the wash for more 4-wheeling. What a fun 47 mile day it was! More pictures to come.

nice pics!

Okay so you went down bush hwy towards 87, then over 87 on that new overpass they built then down those roads ? I was just over there looking for a nice quad spot and that place seems perfect

Quads

The trails we did shown on the map did have some good quad riding. Allot of the trails were sand. In some places the trail was narrow and our friend with the CK Chevy Pickup had to ride two wheels on the bank. Jeeps fit nicely. This route compared to Lake Pleasant to Crown King AZ is allot less rocks on the trail, but still a good amount of steep hills to climb that are also optional.

Thanks for sharing! The photos look like you all had a great time. I was up at Lake Pleasant last year. Nice area. Its funny seeing desert surrounding like cactus outline a body of water.....even if it is a lake.
