Snow at the top, Mud at the bottom. Great weekend!!

Nice, haven't been with with our Jeep but did hit it with our ATVs. Is that the Alvord Desert in the background of the last pic?

Nah, that last pic was taken in Northern, NV. I'm not even sure exactly where I was at the time. A friend of mine was doing a little prospecting and I was just driving where he told me to go.

I've always wanted to head up and explore Steens. I might this fall. I've been up around Denio, Knott Creek Res, awesome places. Good fishing, chukar hunting and plenty of views.

Hope you enjoyed the Steens as much as I used to. Used to ride my bike up there out of frenchglen. Was the snow shot there in the winter? Never made it up there at that time of year.

I shot all those pics on the same day I believe. Mid September if memory serves. Amazing place. I hope to go back again this year.
