Sunday trail Moab

Went out today for a trail run with Bruce (07XMan2Door) & Gaylene his wife, their neighbours, Bob & Judy, Jarrod. Had fun finding caves, getting lost on side trails & driving on a heap of 2ft' high tumbleweeds on the trail to get to the caves. Lunch spot was a pretty overlook & the company was the best! thanks everyone, hope to do it again soon
PS: I am thinking of talking Jeff into a new Garmen
Bruce looking over towards Fisher Valley

Castle Valley in the distance
All of us in Laboca Arch
Jarrod & Jeff

Gaylene a great spotter
Bob making it up a slippery snowy slope

2.5" Terraflex plus a 1" puck in the back. Tires are 35 x 12.5 x18 Toyo MT's

Great trip Julie. Thanks for having us & once again being the perfect Hostess!! Everyone had a blast & we didn't mind the side trips, Jeff was a great navigator!!

Here's a couple more we took.

This was at the beginning after the rirst rough spot.

Sandy cave with two inhabitants coming out to greet us. Cute couple!!

Some of the locals in their new home. The big guy at the door wasn't about to give up any of his women, that's for sure.

A stock TJ doing a really good job!!! Great job driving Bob!!

I want to see that cave when I come out. Is it very deep? It looks like a mine shaft.

Ya, it's a mine shaft. We went to the end of that one, there were bat's hanging on the ceiling, lol.

After checking out that area, Jeff dissapeared, he found 4 or 5 more mines. We need to take more flashlights next time we go. It was getting late when we got to that part of the trail. You would love it there Ageless. The trail scenery & mining area was real cool.

Really fun to watch the Jeeps in action too. I saw Julie spin her ch!t going up a steep snowy section. BTW, were you locked up for that Jules?? It took Bob 2 tries to make but by George he made it w/o a tug!!

What a fun trail with fun people, Good times, thanks again Aussie #!.

No wasn't locked just booted it in 4 high, you made it up there easily, but I know you have quite a bit of snow driving experience so it was probly easy for you. Those mine shafts are creepy although that one we all went in looked fairly stable. Yes Josh we know where there are more of them so we can look when you come over, so make sure to pack a good flashlight
