Went to Taos area to do some fly fishing, view the foliage color change AND
hit some of the trails.
Started Oct1 and there for 6 days, but really too late to fish, there had already been light snow higher on the mountains, and some areas were closed. Two days had freezing temps at the lower altitudes.
The color on the trails was overwhelming. And some trails were like traveling through an enchanted forest, encountered a fallen tree across the trail.
In the summer you forgot about how much oak and maple are there, but when they turn orange and red, it becomes soooo evident.
Attached is a youtube photo-video of the trip......enjoy
