The Desert near Abu Dhabi

My 4x4ing is mainly in the desert near Abu Dhabi. Wranglers are the most popular. Here are some pics taken from random trips.

Avan let me "borrow" his photos for my Bestop blog. Same pictures you see here, but it's always worth visiting anyway!

Thanks! I really liked seeing the hot sunny sand on a gray February day.

Never tried hitting a Camel, coz you dont want to get them angry. They are natuarly friendly & curious animals and love apples. Like a dog they they love to be scratched behind the ears.

Winter here, and it was a chilly 59 deg this morning....nomally a little colder in the desert but not much. Our Jeeps run topless in winter and we put the hardtops on in summer to keep cool (aircons on max)
