Titusville FL- Florida Fish and Wildlife trails

I drove out to the Florida Fish & Wildlife reservation near Titusville, FL. Finally got the Jeep out on it's first 'trails'. Not exactly rugged or anything too exciting, but still a nice day out with the top off! Good place to get 'lost' for a few hours. It's very peaceful and lots of wildlife. Next time, I'm definitely bringing my nice camera!

Happy Trailing!

Looks like a lot of fun. Almost all of my off-road driving has been in similar environments. Nothing too rough, but still lots of fun.

I used to go there when I lived in Port St John. Great place! Moved down to Jensen in 08.

It's a rare spot to find here in Central FL. I've always done a lot of hiking, which if you look hard enough, there's a good amount of decent trails. However, I'm having a really hard time finding anywhere to bring the Jeep out to during days I just can't drive 2+ hours away. This place was a great find!

Went back out a few times after this to go through all the trails there. I have officially seen all the trails open to the public in this conservation area. This past weekend, We went through the less traveled trails that were very wet from all the rain and gave us some new obstacles to get through. It was a blast! Down one of those overgrown paths, we spotted a very healthy adult bobcat. That was definitely a huge highlight for me as we rarely spot them in the wild here. They're very skittish. Can't wait to get off the pavement again!

The Jeep got dirty on the last run out there, which increased my Jeep Wave responses by double! Lots of waves back!

We get super close to NASA on these trails.

The little crabs were everywhere! It was amazing to see so many, it looked like the ground was moving on it's own.

All clean for now and back to being the daily driver . Can't wait to get back out on the trails!
