Sam told me 10 a.m. at the guard shack, but I don't know what time the Cuba convoy meeting is, Will. Have you decided if you're gonna camp yet, Josh? I'll probably be at the guard shack more like 8:30 or 9 a.m., Josh, so if you're camping LMK and I'll come WHEEL UP OVER YOUR TENT!!!

I don't think I'll end up camping. I can meet you there at any of those times.

I think 8:30 sounds like a good time for me. I normally have office hours starting at 8, so if I leave BEFORE 8, than no one can catch me and hold me up. How's that sound to you?

I hope we don't have to use it. (for someone who's broken down, that is. Stuck is ok. ) Heather won't be making another TB trip for quite some time I imagine.

I don't pay any attention to sports. To me, it's blaze orange, so as to be easy to locate on the ground and easy for other motorists to see stretched out between two rigs.

Up knida early, aren't you? I'll let her know, but it wasn't just the hill climb towing you that bothered her. She's never going to be a huge fan of wheeling. (as a participant)

Well, right now we are scheduled for 5 hours Saturday (Friday night), but I don't know, they may work out of it. If they don't and I have to work I won't be able to make it that early. Probably between 9:00 and 9:30 if I have to work. We'll see.

I have to work. It'll be 9:15 or so before I can be there. On a lighter note, I'm loaded and ready to go already.

Sounds like so much fun but TB is way too far away from Chicago for us to join in. We're going to the Cliffs on 9/26 if anybody's out that way. We can meet you there.

Just curious.....

Why are you towing??? Are you planning on braking something this time??

Nope. It's a dry run to see how big a PITA it is to tow vs drive it. I plan on wheeling other places farther away from home than TB is and I want to be able to get home. Kent's little ride last weekend cost him $130 and should have cost more, all over a $3 rotor button. Obviously, that was a rare event but sh!t happens. Just trying it out to see if I like going to the extra trouble to mitigate some of the risk of driving in, that's all.

That Chevy's setting pretty low in the back. Drive safe, have fun. Maybe I can make the next trail ride.
