White Rim Trail Moab adventure March 31

Yesterday was a long day. A friend called on Wednesday night to ask if I could deliver him a new battery on White Rim so Thursday morning I headed to Checker & picked one up & then on to Potash road & white Trial. It took an hour to get to the WT start & then he was 2 hours down that trail, so it was a long day. Last night I don't remember my head hitting the pillow. It is a very remote area of Rim trail, rough, dusty but very scenic.

I don't think thats fair, one guy lives in Nevada, the other lives 2 hours away so he could be a candidate for the next basement work Really though. Bob is a nice guy & his friend & him are both Law inforcement with the BLM, I had a great day with them & I would do it any time for a friend. (But this morning I deleted all my friends phone numbers from my cell)

Pictures of Mussleman arch never seem to capture the scale and height!

That is still one of my favorite places to go: gorgeous scenery. Not a tough trail, but sometimes it's more about getting out and looking around than it is about challenging your metal and gears. At least I think so.

Thanks for sharing!
