Broken Bolt

Well i am trying to replace my Valve Cover Gasket and porbably my Head Gasket to stop this horrendous oil leak and found something interesting.

I noticed my engine was leaking from the valve cover so i checked it out and found it was missing a bolt so i went to the hardware store and bought 7 new bolts for it and found that all of them were just hand tight So i replaced them all and cranked emm down till i can find the gasket. Well on one spot it was missing a bolt and thats where most of the oil (if not all of it) was leaking from. So i try and put one in and it wont go. I try and try and try some more and nothing so finaly i ask my buddy and he takes a look and says that the other bolt prolly snapped in it.

Any ideas on getting it out??? he said to take a really small drill bit and drill it and keep going bigger till it snaps??? Any other suggestions would rock

It is going to have to be drilled out but BE CAREFUL ,if you break the drill bit off in the head you are going to have an even bigger problem.
What size are the bolts? I can give you the exact drill size to use for drilling it out.
Again you have to be VERY CAREFUL. If the drill breaks off in the head you are looking at pulling the head off and taking it to a machine shop to have it repaired properly.
