Fuel problem

I can't get fuel from the tank to the carb and don't know why. I'm on my 2nd fuel pump to remove it from the equation, but wanted to know if CJs have an in-tank fuel filter that may be clogged? Any help is appreciated.

yes they do. check that out, and make sure that line isn't clogged. you can disconnect the line and blow in it...you'll know if it's clogged up
