Hydraulic Steering Kit ???s

Hello.

A friend has a CJ7 with Unimog axles. He wants to install a complete hydraulic steering like this one here on the pic. click me

Is there a complete steering kit availabe? Where could he buy it?

Nicolas,

Have him check with a company called PSC. They build complete hydro and ram assist steering setups.

thatīs very expensive..

he already has a homemade hydraulic steering. but it doesnīt work very good.

Yeah, it's not a cheap mod by any means. However I think you might've answered why it's worth it with your second sentence.

about 1400$ for such a steering is very much. but youīre right. itīs worth the money.

is there a chance to find such a steering used at ebay or in other forums?

Is fully hydraulic steering road legal in Germany?

What about ram-assist?

he doesnīt want a steering linkage that goes from the frame to the axle.

and no it isnīt street legal. but my buddies CJ is a offroad only vehicle.
