Need some advice on my teardown of the dash

I've got most of the dash off my '86 CJ7 (with the exception of some control knobs connecting to the AC which were mysteriously cut :P ) and the gauges that I don't really need like the clock (I did order a new speedo assembly so that should be fine). My question is, what do I do to the wires that I had to cut? Do I have to put wire nuts on them? If so, what size?

Also, if any of you happened to know what the heck size screwdriver the seatbelt bracket on the passenger side takes, it would be very helpful! I managed to get the driver side bracket off but the passenger side is being a piece of crap.

Thanks!

If it is a wire that can't be completely removed, I would use crimp on terminals that have the heat shrink on them rather than wire nuts. Then tie them up out of the way so nothing shorts down the road. As far as the seat belt, I cant help much there, my CJ used regular bolts for the seat belt mounts. I am guessing yours uses the big Torx bit and I'm not sure of the size.
