questions on cj2s side step cowl

hi i'm new here in this forum and also new to jeeps.. no more intros, it'll just waste time. lol..XD anyway, i need some help. i got a busted side step cowl and i don't where to get one. i mean i know where, i just don't know which one's best. i've been googling all day and there's just too many choices. i'm not familiar with parts yet so this is like wandering inside a cave (if you know what i mean). hope you could give me tips. thanks^^

The ones from 4 wheel parts are pretty good the ones Omix Ada make there about the closest your going to get...

Are you talking about the fender brace step at the bottom of the cowl? If so, the only quality replacement I know of is by Classic Enterprises and consists of the entire cowl bottom panel from the horizontal seam down. Personally, I won't touch Omix Ada or Crown stuff, almost all of which is junk.

Or you can just make some. I incorporated those on the rock rails for my 3B (glass tub).
