'06TJ rims on a '92YJ??

I have a 1992 YJ Sahara with very rusty stock steel rims. I found some 2006 TJ alloy rims on Craigs List. Both appear to be 15" w/5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. Will the TJ rims work without adaptors, or unforeseen issues?? Much thanks.

yea make sure you check what size rims they are, they should match the R size on your tire like 225/65/r16 for 16 inch rims, or whatever they happen to be on yours. you see anything from 15 - 17 common or bigger or smaller.

Thanks. Both sets of rims are 15". Just don't know much about offset differences, etc.
Appreciate your knowledge.

The wheels will work fine if they are stock TJ wheels. What will make the differance is the tires you put on the wheels. SIZE of tire.

If you have a picture of both wheels So I can ID them I will tell you the factory spec's for both the wheels you have now and the factory tj wheels.

Oh...and loose the term "offset" with 4x4's all goes off of backspacing of the wheel.
