1.5" Wheel Spacers

I have a full set of 1.5" spidertrax wheel spacers that used to be on my commander, I'm tempted to put them on the wrangler, but don't know how they will hold up against 8"+ of more leverage. My commander was considerably lower than my JK but also weighed a lot more.

If anyone here is running spacers I'd appreciate comments/pics

They're probably the exact same part # as you'd get for your JK. Go for it. Also, you could always call Spidertrax- that'd be my advice- Mark W.

yeah they are the same 5x5 pattern, I'm just worried about the different stress loads, and if anyone on the forum is using them currently.

Well here's the spacers installed, I went ahead and put them on anyways. Picture quality is fairly crappy, from the cell

I'll post up a review of how the Jeep handles on the street and @ highway speeds after I get to take it out tonight

On road 5-45 more stable on turns, any kind of sudden swerving is NOT a fun experience, movement is very exaggerated but slow turns and parking lot shenanigans have improved. Highway speeds it's like surfing with a long board.

Off-road the +3" of wheelbase make inclines at angles a lot more comfortable, 4hi and 4lo with lockers/sway bar disconnected are unaffected by the spacers; ie-no systems error lights/warnings.
