17x9 with -10 Offset

Would I have any issues installing:

17x9 with -10 offset and 315x75x17 tires...on my 2013 JK with a 3" lift kit?

The only issue will be finding the 315/75/17 tires. It puts u just a tad over 4.5 backspacing. 4.5 or less is more preferred.

Sorry I mean 315x70x17 not 315x75x17. I found 315x70x17 Duratrac tires for $ 287 each...so that's no problem, I am more concerned about the backspacing being -10 (whatever that equals to in inches)...
