2012 4 door Rubicon (Bright Silver)

2012 4 door Rubicon: I want to put a lift, 35 x 12.50's, and black rims on it. Before I do, please inquire on any of the following questions I have or provide any suggestions or information you may have. I am jeep ignorant.

1) What can I expect to pay for any or all of these additional features? - (The dealership is suggesting they do all this for me so it will still be under warranty.)

2) How many inches should I lift it to accomodate the 35's?

3) Is the Rubicon suitable for 35's or would I eventually have to modify the gears?

4) Im looking for cheaper mud tires (35 x 12.50's if suitable) and black rims. Any suggestions?

If the dealership says it will be covered under the warranty, make sure it's on the contract. If its not stated clearly, it's not covered.
Amount of lift to fit 35s varies by manufacturer, so check quadratec or other retailers to see how much lift you need. I like quadratec because you can search for the lift based on the tire size you want.
Before you buy 35s think about where and how you drive. If you spend more time on the street than In the dirt an AT might be better. You will always get better street performance with an AT than with an MT. And MTs don't get the same mileage as an AT and will need to be replaced more often. Wheel size is also an important consideration. Tires for 18 inch wheels are going to cost $100 or more over an equivalent 16.
The bottom line is research everything you plan on doing.
