2012 Jeep Wrangler Need Help Switching Tire Size

Hello,
I need your help to see exactly what I need and what problems I will run into.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler sport it has the Goodyear P225/75R16
tires and steel wheels.

A friend of mine has five of the Anniversary Rims and tires and tires he removed
from his 2011 Wrangler. He did not like the rims or the tires and replace the
almost immediately.
(Tires: P255/70R18 OWL On/Off Road Bridgestone Dueler AT)
(-Wheels: 18 x 7.5 7-Spoke Polished Aluminum 5 on 5 bolt pattern)

What problems will I run into I know I'll have to take the tire pressure sensors
out of each wheel and put in the other rims but after that I'm not sure about
speedometer, or other issues I might run into.

Any help would be appreciated it's better to find out now than in the middle later.

Thanks

Which wheels and tires are you looking to run on your JK? His Anniversary wheels and tires or the other ones you listed?

Jason,
replacing the ones I got there now with his.

The tires are the Bridgestone P255/70R18
the wheel is 18 inch aluminum six spoke like below.

When he replaced his he took the TPS sensors out of his that came stock
and put them in his new wheels without any issues.

I plan to try to do the same thing with mine but I don't know what
other problems like speedometer issue or gearing issue I will run into.

Ah, I see. If he ran these on his '11 with no issues, you should not have any either. The speedo will be off just a hair but I dont know if it would be enough to worry about.
