255/75/R17 Fit on 95' Wrangler w/o Lift?

Howdy all! Quick question, I just recently replaced my rims and tires and so now I am left to sell the stock. I have a 09 JK. The rims are 17X7.5, and the tires are 255/75/R17 and measure 32.1 in diameter. I have a guy that is interested in purchasing the rims and tires and he owns a 95' Wrangler. Will these fit without a lift on his vehicle?

Thanks for the help!

Wrong lug pattern- the YJ is 5X4.5, your JK is 5X5. Also, without a lift, you're very likely to rub with a 32" tire- Mark W.
