I'm going with 315/70-17 in a few weeks when my wheels come in and I have 3.21 gears too.

But then I'm not planning on a lot of off roading.

the underlying answer will be your transmission. The auto tranny will be "livable". The 6spd... 6th gear will be very very limited. Both will be capable to turn those tires, however i don't recommend either or offroad.

i have a 6spd 2012 w/ 285/70/17's and its a great dd and i'm able to use 6th gear when i'm on the freeway. Offroad.... its pretty lousy during hill climbs and rocks, but it does the job.

Ok thanks I forgot to mention that I do have an automatic, so I should go smaller on the tires it is my daily driver I just want a more aggressive look and I liked the way that size of tire looked and I read somewhere that it was one of the lightest tire..would u mind posting some pictures

I have tons of pictures in the thread below. If i were you, one up on size and do the 315/70/17 duratracs. the lighter the better. Remember adding 10 extra lbs to your original wheel/tire setup will equate to 100lbs in extra load.
