33 inch tire with flat fenders and spacers, no lift.

I'm new to the forum and am not sure if I'm in the right spot but I need to bring up an old question.

I want to put a lift on my 2005 Rubicon but I found out that if I do so, my insurance will go up 50%. Apparently most people driving with lifted vehicles don't tell their insurance company but if they ever got into a wreck, they'd be screwed.

So the lift is out of the question, but I still want to get a bigger tire for the off-roading I do once in a blue moon and also the looks. I've scoured the internet and found that people have got away with flat fenders and a 33 inch tire before.

So what I'm looking for is just insurance from people that know more than me that a 33 inch tire will work just fine with a flat fender and spacers on a 2005 Wrangler Rubicon without a lift and cause no rubbing or other problems.

Thanks for any help at all.

P.S. If you have a configuration like this and have a picture I'd love to see it.

I run 32" tires with no lift and factory fenders but I can't off road with it. I do plan to run 33x10.5's with flat fenders (MCE) soon so I'm in the same boat.
