I have the old style MTRs and a bunch of my buddies have the new ones and really like them so far. MTRs are known to be really good in the rocks . . . I've heard that the new Kevlar MTRs are still great in the rocks but also perform better in the mud than the old ones.
I have the 35/12.5/15 mtr's. I havent been off road with them yet so i cant speak for how they work in that dept. I have used them In the snow and whether it was the size of the tire or the mtr itself i would have to say that i wasnt pleased with their performance. On the road seems to be ok so far as i only have 1000 miles on them at this point. But they do look mean as hell on a jeep
