'98 wrangler sport -- tires off road

Need to stay stock on new wheels (beach rusted out the originals) --- 30% sand/70% local roads. How wide can i go without rub. 15x8 wheels?? 31x10.5x15 tires?? what do you think? looking for the right combo and place to buy

That's what I am running, with a 2" lift. Found wheels and tires on cl for 500.
