A good size tire?

Hello this is my my 1st post.I have a 2011 Unlimited Rubicon I want to put a 2" lift kit and bigger tires on it. I am not going to do any rock climbing just some trail riding for camping trips and occasionally driving on a beach. So my question is what is a good lift kit & tire make and size I should go with, also I should mention sometimes where I live we get hit with some sizable snow amount.

any 2 inch spacer lift all basically the same. then add a good 33x12.5 or 285/70 R17 tire under it.
