I would think for how expensive these wheels are, I would be getting a high end product
If the wheel came that way, you should have them replace it. A wheel that's out of round is defective.
However, if it's been on your Jeep awhile, you may have a problem proving that you didn't damage it yourself. Didn't the shop that mounted your tires notice the wheel was out of round?
