Black vs Silver Wheels

Which do you prefer on a jeep?

I personally find black wheels a lot more appealing on the JKs, but the silver wheels on the other jeep models.

Im looking into getting some black wheels (possibly some ATX Assaults) for my tan JKU, but every time I mention about getting them, someone in the room has to shoot black wheels down

Black.. However polished/Alloy looks good some times depending on the body color

Black was cool a few years ago but now every aftermarket wheel is black not just on Jeeps, overplayed in my opinion.

Personally I like the silver wheels. The only thing I have seen black wheels on that i liked was a New 4 door Gecko lifted Jeep! That looked awesome!!

I prefer black wheels not just on JKs, but on pretty much any vehicle.

And, on Sahara Tan, nothing looks better than black. That color has really grown on me and it looks great with black accents.

But, when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter what we think or prefer. It's what you prefer. For example, I couldn't give a rat's ass if anyone on here likes my wheel color/style. I like them and that's all that matters.

FWIW, here's my black wheels clean & dirty.

They are no more overplayed than the ubiquitous silver. Just sayin...

Had machined finished when I got it I liked them but...

It was time for a change so I got polished and black mix.
I'm just not a fan of an all black wheel they just "disappear" in with the tire. IMO I like the contrast of some silver better

I think it depends on the color of the Jeep. I just ordered ATX Artillerys for mine...Black of course

Black all the way. Silver is overrated to me.

I like the black/polish together. Either one looks okay, but together is best imho.

IMO depends on the color of the Jeep. I like the looks of a white or silver Jeep with black wheels, bumpers, grill, trim, etc. On a yellow, navy or dark green Jeep I think I'm partial to silver. Colors like black and red I can go either way.

Best of both worlds....

Why settle for one or the other...
