Brand new jeep, Need the 101

Hey whats up guys. Just bought a 99 wrangler stock. I wanna make it look like the pictures. I need help with three things rims, tires, and lift kit. I can get a 2 inch lift for cheap lol

Basically what size rims, tires, and lift do i need to achieve a similar look?

Those look to be 33s (a seasoned Jeeper can tell you better than I). The cheapest lift would be a 3.75 combo (2.5" springs&shocks, 1.25" BL) that's the cheapest at just under $400. Not the best.
What type of wheeling do you want to do? Is this a DD/weekend warrior? If you have those answers then you can start to plan your rig and its different options. Budget can be a factor but patience to do it right with quality will pay off in the long run.
