Canyon rims, Should I?

So I have the chance to pick up a extra set of canyon rims for $200. They are used and are scuffed but no deep scratch's or oxidation. I am thinking of getting them and putting in the prep work of sanding them down and then painting them either gunmetal or black. Living in Maine it would be nice to keep my current rims for a set of winter tires and have these for summer.

I really like the rims themselves and would prefer them to soft 8's. It would come out to about the same price considering that the time for the prep and paint isn't a issue.

I guess my question is has anyone done this to the canyon rims and if so could you give me a nice close up shot of the results

Just wondering how good the end result would be and if its worth the time.

Thanks for any help

Wild

if the have tires on them 200 is good, if not tires.. not so hot. As for an extra set of rims, go for it.
