Canyon wheels

I have the opportunity to buy 4 Jeep Canyon wheels. My problem is I was originally told they are 15x8s, and now being told 16x8. I know the canyons came in a 15x8, but has anyone heard of a 16 inch canyon wheel? Much appreciated to all who can and do help.

How about does anyone know where or if the size is stamped or cast into the wheel anywhere? Possibly on the back side of one of the spokes....
