Changing rim and tire size

I just purchased some bfg lt255/75r/17 tires and rim and I was planning swapping out from my old ones SR-A p245/75r/16. Will they just change out or will I need a lift kit or anything else?

I believe that they will just change out. The speedo may end up being a bit off, and can be recalibrated by your dealer for 15 to 25 bucks.
I changed my stock 225/75r/16 tires and wheels for 255/75r/17 tires and the stock 17 inch Sahara wheels with no problem at all.
