I have heard that the KM2 wears well and rides well. I only had the KM (OEM on Rubicon then) and it was quite nice. I think the MTRs are slightly grippier on rocks but I'd use the new KM3 when it comes out next year. As far as your other choice, I have no idea from experience but it looks like that is a tire for really muddy soupy conditions (which I personally avoid). I'm betting it will be much louder too, and less of an all-rounder than the KM2.

I ran the TSL-SX (32") in 2000. The tires were a great substitute for only having an open differential. They rode quiet, and smooth on the highway - the day I bought them. After they were broken in, the soft tread and the bias ply construction took extra torque to literally push down the highway. When you hit bumps in the road, you can feel the tires soak up the asphalt, actually slowing you down! Radial tires don't do that. By around 15,000 miles, the tires roared on the highway - they were the loudest tires! By 22,000 miles, they were worn down and I decided to replace them with a used set of BFG ATs.

On rocky trails, the TSL-SX tires were unstoppable. When I ran the (pre-KO) BFG ATs, I had some unsettling moments on the trail which would have been non-events with the TSL-SXs. I now am running BFG KM2s - great tires that aren't too loud on the highway. I really like the Interco products better, so I plan on going back to the TrXus MTs (35") when these BFGs wear out. TrXus MTs last about 35,000 miles and handle a variety of terrains with their siping and tread design. I have run TrXus MTs for 9 years on my 2003 Jeep Rubicon.
