Driver Side Front Fender Loose

Hey guys. Just celebrated my first year as a Jeep owner and couldn't be happier. Need some guidance, though. Just noticed that the fender above my left front wheel is loose and wobbles on the road when I drive anything over 40 mph or so. Just glancing at it and feeling around, it seems to be missing a screw, but I can't see anything missing or out of place without removing it.

Can anyone give some basic guidelines on how to remove the fender and if there are any special replacement parts needed? Not looking to buy a whole new fender, just see what the problem is and fix it.

Thanks in advance! I'm obviously not much of a mechanic

I would suggest fixing this asap so it does not rub through your paint. Anyway, below is a link to the fasteners, and a quick google search will turn up all the instructions you could want.
