Factory Jeep Rims

Had a quick question about factory Jeep Rims and was looking for some help, this seems the best place to get answers.

This has probably been answered before but I could not find the answer. I have a 99TJ with 31x10.5x15s and love the way it looks. Only thing is I have chrome Dick Cepek DC2 rims and I love the way factory rims look.

My first question is, will a 31x10.5 tire will fit on the rim in the attached picture? Also what year and model did these rims come on. Also have the same question for the factory Rubicon TJ wheels (will this size tire will fit).

Another concern would be backspacing. I'm new to the TJ world but from what Ive seen a 2" BB with 31x10.5 tires is usually not a problem

The factory Ravines in the pic will work with 31s. You may have to slight rubbing on lower control arms. You can add washers to steering stops to fix. With a budget boost your axles will move slightly off center and cause rubbing with the stock backspacing. You can get a rear trackbar bracket and drill new hole for front,to recenter axles. The other option is wheel spacers to increase the wheels backspacing. The Rubicon wheels are 16x8 so would need a 16inch tire. The Ravines came with the 30inch tire and wheel package 03-06

Planning on sticking with the 31s or maybe 33s with the 2.5L. Dont really have much need for 35s since this jeep is just a weekend/lite offroad toy. Now I just have to find someone that would want to trade for my chrome Dick Cepek DC2s. Thank you very much eddsox thats exactly what I needed to know.
