This past weekend they had no sales tax, plus $100 cash back if you bought tire and rim package plus $40 Goodyear cash back plus my $100 tread lightly rebate. :-) My lift is going on this weekend and tires Monday :-)

I think they're running a "buy 3, get 1 free" deal right now.

Well I am in a SH&^ spot now. I bought my new wheels (pro comp 98 flat black) and 33" duratracs last week and had them installed monday. Got a shake at about 45mph...wheels where not balanced right. Took them back yesterday, re balanced and got a shake starting at around 50mph...took them in today and sales man told me its the wheels. They are not tru and have a lot of give to them so they cant get them balanced perfect enough for the heavy 33" tires. Now I am stuck trying to find black aluminum wheels if I can find some I like. Of course its at least $40 more a wheel and I have all 5. Why do I feel like I am getting F'd

Take it somewhere else and have them balanced it sounds like they don't know what they are doing.

Also are you sure it's the tires giving you the vibes? it sounds like you installed your lift and tires around the same time. Did you put on the lift and drive at 50 mph with your old balanced tires without a shake?

Well if a shop is telling you they can't balance new wheels and new tires it's time to go somewhere else that can.

What am I doing wrong? I looked on the Discount tire website and for 5 33x 12.5x 15 Druatrac's the price was over $1100.00. It looks like you guys are finding them at a better price. What gives?

Thinking about getting those tires myself. What do you think of them besides your shake you are getting?

Exactly my point, take it somewhere else because just by that statement it's obvious they don't know what they are doing.

If they are brand new wheels there's no reason they shouldn't balance, those wheels are made for oversize off-road tires trust me I have pro comp wheels also.

Before you spend a bunch more money on alloy wheels take it somewhere else, if they tell you the same thing then I would contact discount tire and tell them they sent you a bent rim.
