Help! tires/rims/lift needed?

I just recently purchased a 2012 wrangler, and by the 4th week already want new tires and mods for the car. I have no clue what tires/wheels are best out there, and would greatly need some guidance! I also don't know much about the wheel sizes, and if I do or don't need a lift for my jeep. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated! Once again, i'm a complete newbie!

Car? I'd spend some time searching the "Wrangler Forum". Can't think of a better place on the entire web to see photos, get facts & Ideas about your Jeep Wrangler.

You don't need a 4" lift or 35's for it to look good. In fact, that size lift and tires will cost you in excess of $5,000 (minimum) to do right. And that's if you install everything yourself. Think about it.

First thing you gotta do is figure out what you wanna use your Jeep for.

Then you gotta learn about lifts, tires, wheels...nobody can just wave a magic wand and give you what you want. Gotta put the work in.

Here are some links that should both educate you and give you ideas about what you wanna do to your Jeep:
