Just got my new wheels and tires now steering wheel off center

Just a little, maybe a 1/2 inch down to left...I know how to straighten but I didn't think that adding wheels only 1/2 inch bigger would do that...actually i thought it would only happen when lifted?

Stranger things have happened. Did you do a close inspection of the steering gear and suspension? My wife once took her Honda Accord into a Pep Boys new struts. When she got it home, the thing was listing to port and pulling to starboard. You get what you pay for.
