Load range question -- Help!!!

I have decided I want the GY Silent Armor for my Jeep. However, they told me I could not get them in load range C. I seem to remember someone saying on a forum that load rance E and D would be like riding in a log wagon. Help. Can you get them in load range c? The local dealer seems t be cluleless.
