Looking for some aggresive tires on a budget.

Hi guys, I'm currently looking to buy some new tires for my TJ. It doesn't have a lift or anything, and it has 15 inch rims on it. I'd like to keep the same rims, as they look pretty sharp. I do need new tires though, and I'd like something that looks pretty aggressive, but will still help me out in the snowy conditions of the midwest. I would probably not like to go up to 33's as I'm afraid they would just bog down my little 4 banger. So I'm not sure what to do. If you guys could help out, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Joe

I had duratracs at one point and liked how they handled on the wet pavement with their siping. Didn't like them offroad which is why I only had them for a few thousand miles, but on road they were great.
