Dick Cepek Crushers

I'm looking to get new tires and wheels. Right now I'm looking at 15x8 Pro comp 7031 wheels and 33x12.50R15LT Dick Cepek Crushers. It's my DD but when I go offload I want it to go everywhere I want it to. Nothin too extreme but just some advice would be great. What do you guys think?
