Smile Need advice on tire upgrading?

I have a 08 4dr Sahara w/ stock 18" rims and P255/70R18 Bridgestone Dueler A/T's and they suck! I want a more aggressive tread and 1" larger i.e. 33".

My first stop in my research was BF Goodwrench A/T's because they seem to be the most aggressive A/T, they are very quiet on the hwy, and the tread will last a good while.

The second tire that really catches my attention is the TrXus Mud Terrain's, but I don't know anyone with this tire. They are also very expensive at the 18" level. My questions would be:

1.) What do they sound like on the hwy?
2.) How long will the tread last?

Lastly what is the rule for the width of the tire compared to the rim? I'm not sure how wide my stock 18"s are but I think 9".

Also would it be more beneficial to downgrade the rim size?

Any advice would be appreciated!

More research done and i'm thinking 33x12.5r16 with new 16x10.5rims. It's about the same price as just the 18" tires alone!
