Need some Help!!!

I am about to pull the trigger on a wheel/tire combo from a local place and I need you to tell me if this is a good deal.....

5 Duratracs 285/70/R17
5 Ultra Bolt black Rims

Includes switching out the TPMS to the new rim, all black lugs, mounting, balancing and installation for $2200 out the door....

Do you think that is a good deal?

I can get it cheaper at DTD with MB rims as but they do not carry Ultras. This would also be without the sensor switch and I would need a Procal. to delete the TPMS....

I generally like to go with a local shop even if it is a little more as I can always bring my rig in if there is a problem.

What do you think??????
