New to wrangler

Hey guys, just bought a wrangler 2.5 4 cylinder. Its a 94. I've always wanted one. So after asking around I'm still torn on tires and lift. It has 15 inch rims right now. Thinking of 31s? And maybe a 2 inch lift? I just want it beefier, nothing crazy. Any advice helps! Thanks guys

31s are a good tire to run with little to no modifications. I don't have a yj but I think you may need a small lift to run them without rubbing. You could do extended shackles or add a leafs if your on a budget, but if you can afford it all new springs and shocks would give you a better ride. Or you could do a body lift, just don't go more than an inch.

Haha well like I said any info helps me. I love this wrangler. Glad to be apart of the jeep community. So then 30/31s and a 1 inch lift would safely be my best "affordable" route right now?

Yep, can run 31s safely, easily. No lift necessary, but most do a 1" BL or 2" lift. Seeing as you're in a YJ check out the BL and boomerage shackles (usually 5/8" of lift).
