Can 31s fit on my stock tj?

They should! Assuming factory offset, you'll be OK unless you go wider than 10.5 width. You didn't state which TJ you had, so keep in mind that 30x9.5 tires came on TJ Sahara wheel/tire upgrade & those rims were factory offset.

The posters year and model are in the avatar? Im running 31's, but did purchase new rims. There are allot of posters here running 31s with stock jeeps, with no issues.
