Pics of 15's on 2012's

As the title says: Looking for pics or suggestions of 15 x 8 wheels that will work on a 2012. I've read that anything with 3.75" BS will work.

I'm probably buying wheels this weekend. Currently leaning towards the MB TKO.

Even if you don't have pics, please post wheels you know will work. I have the list that ESP (I think) posted. If you have wheels not on the list, that would also be helpful.

I'll start it off with the one I like best so far:

MB TKO

Jeep in the pic is not mine....
If this is a duplicate thread, please post a link. I've searched and found the list, but not a thread with pics.

I just ordered a set of pro comp series 98 rock crawlers in 15x10. Got them from 4wd.com, they were under wheels for jk. The reviews other jk owners posted say that the fit just fine. I'll let you know how they fit when I get them in.

Here is some 16x8 I put on the other day, 285-75-16, it's got a 4.25 backspace and they don't rub at all, it's not 15s but I thought I would share

Nice! I was considering something similar in a 15 X 8 but ended up ordering the MB TKO and GY MTR/K. Supposed to be installed 9/10.

Just got my wheels mounted today, MB TKO with GY MTR/K 35 X 15

VERY happy with how they turned out!

On RTI Ramp

Close up on RTI ramp. Just barely clears the Rubi Rail.

Do you have any straight on pics? I don't want to much tire sticking out. Wide looks good, but I don't want more gunk up the splattered up sides of the jeep.

Will a 15 also fit on the 2011's? I went to a 4x4 shop in Colorado Springs and they said no but he also didn't believe that it came with stock 16's either.... Needless to say I haven't been back there.

Check out the earlier post by suicideking, its a list of 15s that will fit. I also have a set of steel pro comp 98s in 15x10 that fit just fine.

Looks killer, love the all black. Ever think about removing the the stickers on the side? I peeled mine off and think it looks alot better.

MOST 15's will fit on the 2011. This is more of an issue for the 2012. The '12 has larger brakes, so has a limited number of wheels that will fit, needs 3.75" backspacing.

I'm not an expert on the 2011, but pretty sure you just need 4.5" backspacing which is VERY common. Start another thread or do some searches to find out for sure. As you suspected, the shop you went to didn't have the correct information. You'll save a lot of money by going with a 15". I saved around $400 vs a 16".

Thanks bud! I've thought about removing the stickers but just can't bring myself to do it. They just come right off with no mess?

They peel right off, just a little glue left behind. Goo off takes care of the glue in no time.

Little off topic but I picked up a TJ rubi a few weeks ago and it has these wheels in a 15". Who makes them? Haven't had much of a chance to delve into the extra goodies it came with.

More on topic... my dad has a '12 Rubi and I'm trying to keep him from going bigger then the factory wheel size. I'll be watching this thread closely

pro comp makes them and a few others, as for wheel size its just whatever you like, mine came with 17's and i went down to 16's, 15's means more tire a it looks more like a doughnut sometimes

I like that look! Plus more side wall is better for wheeling and less likely that your wheel will get thrashed.
