Anyone know if I'll have any issues running the General Grabber 33/12.50/17
on my 09' JK Rubi rims??? The tire shop I consulted with thought my stk rims would be to narrow for a 33' tire. I will be adding a 2.5' lift as well and wheel spacers if needed but my real concern is weather my stock rims will accommodate those Generals. Please tell me I'm alright as I don't want to have to buy new rims. Not to many choices when you run the 17's I noticed.

Thanks Guys.

Does anybody have 33" Super Swamper Boggers on their ride? I've been looking into putting some on mine and just wanted to see if anybody has any knowledge or pictures of them.

285/70R17 Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar on 17x9 Level 8 ZX wheels with 4.5" backspacing. Stock suspension. No rubbing at this point, but no 'serious' off-roading until after the 2.5"-3" lift is installed in a couple of months.

My contribution.

20" pro comp wheels and 305/55R20 toyo A/T tires.
(This is what I like since I'm not much of a rock climber. Yet!)

Did you have to use spacers?

Just ordered 17x9 XD Hoss wheels with 285 70 17 tires. Will I need to do anything to mount the spare? Just want to be prepared for this coming weekend. Hate to be surprised when I go to mount it.

Thank you. Will post pics when all done. Can't wait.

I didn't need spacers. The rims are 4.5" backspacing which gives enough clearance
