pizza cutters

I have been looking for tires an have three choices going. Is 33/1050/15 a pizza cutter tire?

By definition is a skinny tall tire. I think it might be on the edge of being one.

It all depends on what you are using them for. I run 33x12.50 in the summer and 33x10.50 in the winter because wide tires don't do well in the snow.
