Price Check and Thoughts - Jesters w\Duratrac

Hey,

I have 2010 JK Mountain Edition.

I have been able to obtain a quote for a set of 5 18x9 Ballistic Jesters with (5)295/65/18 (33") Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires, mounted and balanced, with all needed lugs, for $2350, shipped.

One request is that I mostly use the Jeep now as a Toy and it parked most of the time unless we have nice days etc... I live in Cincy and the trails are soon to come. But in the mean time it is driven on the streets. I have toyed around with smaller wheels larger tires etc...

Questions:

I do want to confirm is the what if any overall height would occur with this setup? I have installed an electric hoist in a standard 2 car Garage and want to make sure I will be fine to lift it and still drive out (Clearance).

Will my rear tire rack hold this unit?

Other considerations?

For the height, add 1/2" for every 1" of increase in tire size.

Don't know how much those Jesters cost, but I bought (5) 315/75R16 DuraTracs and (5) 16x8 ATX 188 Teflon wheels with lugs for just under $2K. Not mounted and balanced, though.
